Cocktail-tilaisuus ja iltajuhla
Lauantaina juhlallisuudet alkavat kutsuvieraille tarkoitetulla cocktail-tilaisuudella. Tilaisuudessa juhlien järjestäjätaho lausuu tervehdyssanat, minkä jälkeen on vieraiden vuoro halutessaan esittää tervehdyksensä ja ojentaa mahdolliset lahjansa. Sekavan vuosijuhlien koon vuoksi tilaisuus on rajattu kutsuvieraisiin. Cocktail-tilaisuus alkaa klo 17.
Cocktail-tilaisuuden jälkeen siirrytään vuosijuhlien päätapahtumaan eli iltajuhlaan. Sinne kaikki ovat osallistujat ovat luonnollisesti tervetulleita. Iltajuhla alkaa klo 18:00. Saavuthan paikalle hyvissä ajoin! Paikalla on myös valokuvaajat, jotka ottavat portretteja kuvausseinällä iltajuhlien ajan.
Jatkot
Vuosijuhlien jälkeen juhlaväki siirtyy tapahtuman virallisille jatkoille yökerho Mixeihin! Mixei on Suomen vanhin yhä toiminnassa oleva sateenkaariyökerho ja se on tehnyt jo vuosia yhteistyötä tamperelaisten opiskelijoiden kanssa. Mixeissä juhlavieraat pääsevät bilettämään aina kello neljään saakka sekä nauttimaan vujujen nimikkodrinkistä!
Jatkoille siirrytään suoraan iltajuhlan päätyttyä omatoimisesti. Sisään pääset näyttämällä vuosijuhlien haalarimerkkiä, ethän siis hukkaa sitä missään vaiheessa. Mixeissä on vartioitu narikka, jonne voit tarvittaessa jättää henkilökohtaiset tavarasi.
Sillis
Sekavan vuosijuhlat huipentuvat sunnuntaina silliaamiaiseen eli sillikseen. Hieman perinteisestä silliksestä poiketen Sekava järjestää alkoholittoman sillisbrunssin Hervannan kampuksella Kielikeskuksen tupakeittiössä klo 12-17. Sillikseen kuuluu rentoa hengailua, ruokaa ja juomaa sekä mukavaa ohjelmaa. Sillikselle pääsevät kaikki edellisen päivän iltajuhlaan osallistuneet. Sillikselle ei järjestetä erillistä lipunmyyntiä.

Cocktail event and evening party
On Saturday, the celebration will start with the cocktail event meant for the invited guests. In the cocktail event, the organizer will give welcoming remarks, after which it is the guests’ turn, if they wish, to offer their greetings and hand out any gifts they may have. Due to the size of the anniversary party, the cocktail event is limited to the invited guests. The cocktail event starts at 5 p.m.
After the cocktail event, comes the main event of the anniversary party, namely, the evening party, to which all the guests are naturally welcome. Please, arrive well in time! In the evening party, there are also photographers present who will take portraits of guests throughout the evening.
Afterparty
After the anniversary party, the guests will continue their evening at our official afterparty in the nightclub Mixei! Mixei is the oldest queer nightclub still in operation in Finland and it has been collaborating with students from Tampere for years. In Mixei, the party guests get to party until 4 a.m. and enjoy the signature drink of the anniversary party!
At the end of the evening party, we will proceed independently to the after party. The anniversary party’s overall badge acts as an entrance ticket to the after party, so make sure to hold on to it the whole night. There is a cloakroom at Mixei, where you can leave your coats and valuables if need be.
Sillis brunch
The anniversary party of Sekava culminates on sunday with a Silliaamiainen (literally “herring breakfast”) or sillis brunch for short. Unlike the traditional sillis, Sekava organizes a non-alcoholic brunch on the Hervanta campus in the open kitchen of the Language Centre from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Sillis includes casual hanging out, food and drinks, as well as some fun activities. Sillis is accessible to all those who attended the evening celebration of the previous day. There will be no separate ticket sales for sillis.
